用亚甲蓝－分光光度法测定雪糕中掺入洗衣粉的含量，该法平均回收率为９４．８％；标准曲线相关系数为０．９９８；相对标准偏差为３．０５％；最低检出量为２．５μｇ；方法不需特殊仪器，具有准确、稳定、操作简单的特点。
The authors introduce the methylene blue a filter lightmeter method for determining the content of detergent mixed in icecream. The average rate of recovery by adopting the method is 94. 8%. The relative standard curve coefficient is 0.998. The relative standard devtation is 3.05%. The minimum amount Of content tested is 2. 5ug. Without using special equipment, this method is of characteristics of accuracy, stability and simple operation.
