摘要
介绍了我国润滑油行业面临的严峻的形势,为了提高我国润滑油企业的竞争能力,结合我国实际情况,提出了如下我国当前基础油生产中应重视的问题:应重视用传统溶剂精制工艺由含硫原油生产润滑油基础油;开好开足我国Ⅱ及Ⅲ类基础油生产装置,加速基础油质量的升级换代;充分利用国际准则,加快产品开发速度。
The serious status of lube oil industry in China is introduced. For increasing the competition ability of lube oil enterprises in China, linking the country reality, the issues in lube oil production should be paid attention are raised as follows: attaching importance to the base oil production from sour crude with traditional solvent refining; full capacity running with careful operation of type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ base oil units and speeding up the upgrading of quality; making full use of international criteria for quickening the product development.
