摘要
介绍了采用栲胶脱硫工艺脱除尾气中的硫化氢的试验研究 ,通过建立的一套模拟中试装置进行试验 ,探索出栲胶法脱除尾气中硫化氢的工艺条件。试验结果表明 :在高浓度二氧化碳气体状况下 ,采用栲胶脱硫工艺 ,可以将尾气中硫化氢含量降至 1 0× 1 0 - 6以下 。
The paper presents the experimental research on removal of hydrogen sulfide in tail gas with the process of tannin extract desulfuration. Through the experiment in a simulative pilot plant, approach to the process condition for the removal of hydrogen sulfide in tail gas with the process of tannin extract desulfuration is made. Experiment shows that, under the condition of CO_2 gas with high concentration, the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in tail gas can be reduced to lower than 10×10^(-6), thus meeting the national emission standard.
