蝎毒素调控离子通道的研究新进展 被引量:5

摘要 近年来 ,随着蝎毒素理化性质及结构功能逐渐被认知 ,其在多种离子通道 (Na+ 通道、K+ 通道、C1-通道、Ca2 通道等 )的生物学功能 ,已引起科学工作者的极大兴趣。而离子通道与肌肉收缩、神经分泌 ,体内电解质的平衡 ,动作电位的频率与延续以及静息电位等一系列细胞活动密切相关。本文对蝎毒多肽对离子通道作用的研究进展进行综述。
