摘要
在区域开发的实践中,无论是发达国家还是发展中国家,基本上是以非均衡手段来实现均衡发展的。在探索我国区域经济非均衡发展过程中,区域的产业选择问题是一个重要内容,事实上产业选择是优化区域产业结构的一个重要手段,产业选择也是区域经济发展战略重要方面。
In regional development, unbalanced strategy were adopted most nations. The selection of industry in different regions is crucial in such case. In fact,the selection is not only a way to better regional industry structure, but also an important aspect in regional economic development.
