摘要
目的:通过评价海洛因依赖者对艾滋病病毒的认知行为,依从性及防护行为的研究,从而为控制艾滋病在一般人群中传播提供参考依据。方法:对自愿住院的戒毒病人和亲近的健康人群进行HIV防护知识的调查,同时对自愿住院的戒毒病人进行依从性和防护状况调查。结果:健康人群和吸毒者HIV防护知识得分无显著性差异(P>0.05)。吸毒病人防护知识得分和防护状况得分有显著性差异(P<0.05)。吸毒病人的防护状况与年龄、学习年限及防护知识之间呈中度相关(酌>0.5)。结论:当前应对低年龄、低学历及低健康知识人群的三低人群重点进行预防艾滋病的教育。
Objective: According to the evaluation of cognition, dependence and defensive behavior in heroin addicts, to supply foundational knowledge to control AIDS spreading among the general population. Methods: Heroin addicts who were voluntarily detoxificated in hospital and their nearby normal group were investigated about knowledge of HIV cognition. Heroin addicts were investigated about dependence and defensive behavior. Results: On knowledge of defense the difference was not clear between normal group and heroin addicts (P > 0.05). But the difference was clear between scores of cognitive and defensive behaviors in heroin addicts (P < 0.05). The correlation was moderate between defensive situation and age, sum of schooling, cognition in them ( > 0.5). Conclusion: Education on HIV cognition should be taken in general population.
