摘要
随着经济全球化进程的加快,现代企业的竞争已由注重自身发展开始转向战略协同,协同战略的目的是为了创造更多的价值与更强的竞争力。本文从垂直协同即企业与顾客的协同和水平协同即企业间的协同两方面入手,阐述了战略协同与顾客让渡价值创造的密切联系,并给企业经营者提出了可行性的建议及应注意的问题。
According to the fast proceeding of economy globalization, the style of competition between modern companies is diverting to strategic synergy from regarding development of themselves. The purpose of strategic synergy is to create more value and enhance its competitive advantages. This article expounds the intimate relationship between strategic synergy and Customer Delivered Value creating through the analysis of vertical synergy (synergy between corporation and customers) and parallel synergy (synergy between corporations), and eventually raises some feasible advance and observing problems
