摘要
为减少和避免封闭电炉的电极事故,提出了自焙电极焙烧速度公式。用其计算9000—25000kVA自焙电极的焙烧速度,符合生产实际。提出了正确使用封闭炉自焙电极的要点。
A formula for calculating baking rate of self-bake electrode is presented so as to decrease and avoid electrode accidents of closed electric furnace. The results accorded with the operation practice data when it was used in calculation of 9000—25000 kVA closed furnaces. The main points for correct operation of self-bake electrode on closed furnace is suggested.
