摘要
本文描述了低压气相淀积生长金刚石薄膜样品的成份、结构、化学键等的测试、分析手段，讨论了这些分析技术所提供信息的可靠性、以及存在的一些问题。
The techniques of meas urement and analys is of composition,structure and chemical bond of diamond thin films by low pressure vapor phase deposition have been described,The reliability of the information obtained by these tech-niques and exist ing probiems have been discussed。
