摘要
从柏毛虫(DendrolimussuffuscusLajonquiere)幼虫尸中分离到一株核型多角体病毒,其多角体平面图像为三、四边形和近圆形,直径1.2-2.5μm,病毒粒子杆状,大小约75×520nm。室内试验表明此株病毒对三龄寄主幼虫的LC_(50)为5188个多角体/ml。野外防治效果可达80%以上,好于化学农药甲基1605和辛硫磷等,并有持久的后效作用。该病毒对经济昆虫家蚕、柞蚕和天敌昆虫七星瓢虫无致病作用。
A nuclear polyhedrosis virus was isolted from dead larvae of Dendrolimus suffuscusLajonquiere collected from cypress trees in Feicheng, Taian in July 1981.Under electronmicroscope the polyhedra were seen as nearly rouded, quadrilatrealor,hexagonal particle inshape , and with the size of 1.2-2.2 micron in diameter. The virus particle liberted from thepolyhedra in 0.05 mol/L Na_2CO_3 and 0. 05 mol/L NaCl were rod shape , measuring 56 × 245nm.They are occluded mostly in polyhedra in single rods and also in bundle. This virus belongs tosubgroup A of Baculovirus. Bioassay conducted in the laboratory showed the medium lethal concentration(LC_(50) ) to be5188 polyhedra/ml,y=2. 59+0. 65x. Field tests showed the mortality of the larvae may reach85%by spraying with the polyhedral suspension, the results showed that the NPV was betterthan the chemical insecticides 1605 and 1%666. Combined use of the DsNPV with 1605 and 1%666 were also tested and the results were either better or as effective as the DsNPV or 1605 usealone. This DsNPV is new in Chins, It could play aimportant vole as a new method of controllingcypress caterpillar , DendrOlimus suffuscus Lajonquiere.
