摘要
对以往用于项目成本风险分析的蒙特卡罗方法提出两点改进,用共同风险因素衡量各成本要素之间的相互依赖程度,从而提供一种进行项目风险分析的直接且有效的方法。
Two improvements in risk analysis for project cost using Monte Carlo method are presented in this paper. The project cost and its variance on the base of work break down structure are calculated. And common risk factors are used to evaluate the correlations of the cost ingredients, which is a direct and efficient method for project risk analysis.
