用组织追踪和应变率评价正常人的室壁运动 被引量:2

摘要 目的用成像法评价正常人左室整体和局部心肌的纵向运动。方法利用组织追踪法评价30例正常人的局部心肌运动,获得纵向上16个节段的最大运动幅度,室壁运动定量记分指数(TT);并测量各节段的收缩期应变率峰值(SR)。结果S正常人平均TT记分指数为9.71±1.08,并与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.49,P<0.01);正常人各节段应变率相似,曲线较一致。结论利用组织追踪和应变率可以定量评价左室整体和局部室壁运动。 Objective To measure various parameters with Tissue Doppler Imaging,quantitatively score left ventricular wall motion,and assess longitudinal wall motion in total and regional myocardium of normal persons Methods We used tissue tracking for assessing left ventricular regional myocardium of 30 normal persons After collecting dynamic images and analyzing information off-line,we acquired maximum displacement along long axis asynchronously in annular,basal,mid and apical segments of different walls,and calculated left ventricular wall motion score indexes(TT Measured peak systolic strain rate Results Mean TT Score index in Control group was 9 71±1 08 In addition,TT score indexes were related with age,decreasing with age(r=-0 49,P< 0 01) Peak systolic strain rate in different segments of normal persons were relative similar,strain rate curve was regular Conclusions Tissue tracking score indexes can quantitatively assess abnormal wall motion of total and regional myocardium
