摘要
本文通过对温州家族企业的调查研究,从企业制度、国际化及人力资源管理等三个方面对温州家族企业的现状和发展进行了分析,提出了温州家族企业可持续发展的途径。
This paper makes a survey on Wenzhou Family businesses and analyses several developmental issues from such three aspects as institutional design, internationalization and management of human resource. It proposes the paths for Wenzhou Family Businesses to maintain a sustainable development.
