摘要
目的 总结腹腔镜下胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术的临床经验。方法 2000年11月以来,采用腹腔镜行胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术35例。结果 除2例胃癌穿孔中转行胃癌根治术外,28例十二指肠球部穿孔和5例胃穿孔患者手术均获得成功,无并发症发生。结论 腹腔镜行胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术效果是肯定的,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To summarized the clinical experience of laparoscopic repair in gastroduodenalulcer perforation.Methods 35 patients with gastric and duodenum perforation were performed bylaparoscopic repair since November 2000.Results 28 patients with duodenum perforation and 5patients with gastric perforation were successfully operated and no complication happened except 2patients with perforation of gastric carcinoma were converted to open for radical gastrectomy.Conclusion Laparoscopic repair is an effective treatment in gastroduodenal ulcer perforation .Soit can be clinically used widely.
