摘要
可持续发展战略的实施 ,正空前地影响着我国的经济、文化和社会生活。森林法是与可持续发展目标关系密切的法律 ,科学、完善的森林法体系将引导现代林业发展进入良性循环轨道。本文从可持续发展的角度 ,探讨了在社会主义市场经济条件下 ,我国林业发展所面临的困惑 ,以及在林业政策调整后 。
Sustainable development,as a kind of strategic thought,is the basic policy of China.It is greatly influencing the economic,cultural and social lives.Forestry Law is most relative to sustainable development.Scientific,improved forestry law system will lead modern forestry to a good circulation.The paper discusses the forestry development problem under the circumstances of socialist market economy and the new development pattern that modern forestry law should take after the adjustment of forestry policy.
