摘要
本文共总结57例口腔颌面部大面积组织缺损的治疗经验。采取以区域性皮办及带血管蒂肌皮办修复为主;次为吻合血管的组织办行立即修复,特别是对恶性肿瘤根治性术后造成的大面积组织缺损,我们行立即修复并辅以其它的辅助治疗,获得了明显的成功。而且立即恢复患者的生理功能,面容等,给患者予以心理安慰和冶疗。增强了患者战胜疾病的能力。
57cascs of large delect on oral and maxillo-facial regions have been repaired with defferent tissue flaps, including ① local flap; ② the vascular pedicle myocutancous flap; ③ oslcocutaous flap with vascular anastomosis. Especially when patients with malignant tumor had been treated surgically, an immediate repair-and other medical help would bring about the expected results. This alowcd the patients to recover their physical function and appcarncc and get mental and psychological cure. This increased their self-confidence against disease.
