氮酮和二甲基亚砜对促进^(125)I-氢化可的松皮肤通透性的比较研究

摘要 氮酮(Azone)和二甲基亚砜(DMSO)是两种增加多种化合物透皮吸收的物质。本文应用流动透析室和静态透析室测定了Azone和DMSO对^(125)I—氢化可的松的透皮吸收率。结果表明40%DMSO增加了^(125)I—氢化可的松的通透率,而Azone对^(125)I—氢化可的松无促进作用。 Azone and dimethyl sulfoxide(DM SO) are two agents that can enchance the percutaneous absorption of a number of different chemicals. This report delineated percutaneous penetrability of ^(125)I-cortisol with azone and DMOS by flow-through diffusion cell and statio nary diffusion cell. The results showed that 40% DMSO increased the penetrativity of ^(125)I-cortisol and no sign of increasing percutaneous penetrativity of ^(125)I-cortisol by azone.
