摘要
8例胰岛素依赖型糖尿病人,每例采用经短期体外培养的8～10个胎儿胰岛组织,行腹腔内移植后,均获不同程度疗效,24小时糖尿定量平均由174.36mmol下降至80.47mmol,空腹血糖平均由15.96mmol/L降至9.18mmol/L,餐后2小时血糖平均由20.95mmol/L降至12.47mmol/L。胰岛素用量平均减少33.3～66.6％,两例暂停胰岛素治疗。血清C-肽释放值明显升高,眼底病变无变化。
Pancreas islet transplantation has been performed in eight cases of insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus. The conditions of all the cases were poorly controlled, and keto-acidosis occurred repeatedly. Effect to a various extent was obtained in all the patients who received the transplantation of 8-10 foetus pancreatic tissues cultured in vitro shortly.
The urine sugar for 24 hours lowered from the mean value of 174.36mmol/L down to 80.47mmol/L. Fast blood sugar lowered from 20.95mmol/L of the mean value down to 12.47mmol/L. The dosage of insulin adminastra tion decreased by one third to two third than hefore transplantation, and two patients even stopped usinginsulin therapy transiently releasing value of serum C-peptide elevated obviously(detailed data presented in table 1), There were no changes in the ocular fundi of the patients.
