摘要
科研档案是科学技术研究活动中所形成的文件材料的归宿,具有重要的保存价值和利用价值。由于历史的原因和科研工作的特性,科研工作者往往只有个人档案意识,因而缺乏社会档案意识,因而制约着科研档案工作的发展。本文就这两种意识进行分析和比较,并提出增强社会档案意识的几点做法。
The Scientific and research file is an end-result of document materials formed in the activity of scientific and technical research. It has very important protective and utilizable value.Since the historical reasons and the characteristics of science and research work,the scientific and research technical workers usually only have individul archival ideology,lack social archival ideology.This effects the development of scientific and research file work.This effects the development of sciemtific and research file work.This paper analyses and compares the two ideologies and puts forword several suggestions of strenghening the social archival ideology.
