摘要
应用带血管蒂髂骨膜移植治疗股骨头缺血性坏死,共4例。经术后随访,取得满意效果。该方法有以下作用:1.增加了股骨头的血液供应,停止病理改变;2.带血管的髂骨骨膜可以在股骨头内膜化生骨;3.重新建立一套股骨头的血液供应系统。
From November 1985, we have transplanted iliac periosteum with pedicled deep circumflex iliae blood vessels for 4 cases of aseptic necrosis of femoral head. All the 4 cases have been followed up postoperatively with satisfactory operational results.
Advantages of this method are as follows: 1. The blood supply of the femoral head is augmented, and thus interrupts the process of pathological changes. 2. Pedicled vascularized iliac periosteum may produce membrane bone in femoral head. 3. A set of blood supply system for the femoral head may be rebuilt.
