摘要
本文详细论述了文献资源建设与藏书建设的概念分界,并通过系统分析,指出二者的关系是:后者是前者产生的基础,前者是后者的发展和提高;将来前者势必取代后者。
This paper first dwells on the distinction between 'document resource development' and 'collection construction'. The relationship between the two concepts is then analysed as follows. The collection construction is the foundation of the document resource development whereas the document resource development continues to improve the collection. At present, the two concepts can be used simultaneously. But in the future, the document resource development is sure to replace the collection construction.
