摘要
授予同等学力人员学位工作是国家现行的向毕业研究生授予学位的渠道之外开辟的一条使具有研 究生毕业同等学力人员获得学位的渠道，为保证同等学力人员申请学位工作的质量，提高此项工作的管理水 平，必须建立学位授予单位内部有效的质量管理体系。
The work of conferring master degree to those who have the same educational level as graduates is a new way besides conferring master degree to full- time students. To guarantee the efficiency of this work, as well as to improve the management, we require a quality management system in the institutions authorized for degree-confer- ring.
