摘要
本文报告70例膝部囊肿的B超检查结果，69例B超表现为无回声液性暗区，1例为低回声区，边界清楚、后方回声增强。其中40例为腘窝囊肿，16例为膝部腱鞘囊肿，10例为半月板囊肿，4例为髌前滑囊炎。所有病例均经穿刺细胞学检查或手术及病理证实，结果表明：B超能准确诊断膝部囊肿，并能进行囊肿定位和随访。
This article presents the results of 70 cases of the cyst of the knee examined with sonography.69 cases of the cysts were revealed as echo-free areas,and remaining one hypoechogenic area with well-defined margin and posterior acoustic enhancement sonographically.Of 70 cases of cysts,40 cases are popliteal cysts,16 cases ganglions,10 cases cysts of menisci and 4 cases prepatellar bursitis.All cases were verified by aspiration,operation and pathology.The results demonstrate that ultrasound examination can obtain accurate diagnosis of the cyst of the knee.Moreover,it can be used to locate the position of the cyst for as piration and for follow-up study.
