摘要
通过部分结扎左肾静脉诱导实验性精索静脉曲张,研究了胸腺素对免疫功能的影响。结果显示,未用药组实验性精索静脉曲张鼠脾细胞中溶血空斑(PFC)的形成和白细胞介素-2的诱生能力均明显降低(P<0.05、P<O.01);给予胸腺素4周后,PFC的形成明显升高(P<O.O1)。提示,实验性精索静脉曲张鼠存在免疫机能紊乱。胸腺素能够促进免疫功能,维持免疫功能的稳定。胸腺-神经内分泌免疫网络在精静脉曲张不育的发病机制中起着十分重要的作用。
Experimental varicocele was induced by partial ligation of the left renal vein in mice,and the effect of thymosin (fraction 5) on PFC,IL-2 in spleen cells were investigat ed.The results showed that the formation of PFC and induced ability of IL-2 in splenocytes in mice with experimental varicocele were considerably decreased as compared with the con trol group (P<0.05,P<0.01 ).After 4 weeks of thymosin administration (0.5mg/mouse,twice a week,for 4 weeks),the formation of PFC in splenocytes were significantly elevated as compared with the experimental varicocele group (P<0.01).The results indicated that there is immune dysfunction in mice with experimental varicocele and immune dysfunction may involve in infertility with varicocele.Thymic hormone can promote immune function and maintain immune function stability of the body.Thymus-neuro-endocrine network may play an important role in metabolism of infertility with varicocele.
