摘要
β＿２－ＭＧ、Ａｌｂ放射免疫药盒是肾脏功能检测的系列新型项目。对１５组标准曲线参数分析，认为该药盒质量稳定。文章还报道了２１０例各类肾病和８２例健康者的检测结果，表明上述项目为临床肾病诊断及肾功能的检测提供了可靠、灵敏的指标。
The β_2-MG,Alb RIA kits were made in the Radioisotope Department of China lnstitute ofAtomic Energy. They may be used as new type kits inspecting the function indexes of kidney.In thereport,these kits are considered to be of hige quality by the data of l 5 tests.The serum and urineβ_2-MG and urine Alb values of 8 2 normal subjects and 210 abnormal subjects of different kidney diseasesare measured by radioimmunoassay. The resuIts show that the values ofβ_2-MG and Alb values of thepatients are sigl1ifican tly higher than that of heaIthy subjects. It is suggested that the β_2-MG and Albvalues measured by radioimmunoassay are very useful and sensitive function indexes of kidney in theclinical diagnosis of diffe re nt kidney diseases.
