摘要
用中空石墨电极等离子体感应炉研究了在等离子条件下锰在铁渣间还原的规律。研究证实,在等离子体条件下Si-Mn耦合反应的平衡能向高温方向移动,MnO的还原速度急剧提高,存在着用碳作还原剂强化MnO的还原过程,直接用富锰渣冶炼锰铁和类似铁合金的可能性。
Abstract The reduction laws of manganese between slag-metal were researched by the use of plasma in an induction furnace with a drilled graphite electrode.The results of experiment shown that the Si-Mn coupled reaction equilibrium could be transferred towards the direction of high temperature, and the speed of react ion was accelerated sharply by the use of plasma. The technology of plasma can be used tomelt ferromanganese with the Mn-enriched slag and similar ferroalloys.
