摘要
中等粘结性高挥发分煤和铁精矿、硅石粉做原料炼出的铁硅焦代替冶金焦和钢屑,在1800kVA铁合金电炉上进行了冶炼75硅铁的试验。结果证明,此铁硅焦不但可代替冶金焦,节约了优质炼焦煤资源,解决了钢屑紧张的困难,而且碳还原剂单耗降低50—60kg/t,,硅铁产量增加了10—20%。
Abstract The test to smelt 75% FeSi in 1800kVA electric furnace has been done to replace smelter coke and steel cuttings by coke of medium caking property and high volatile, iron ore concentrate and ganister powder asraw material. The effect shows: the iron-silicon coke not only can replace smelter coke,save resources of good quality coking coal, solve problems of steel's short supply, but also decrease unit consumption of carbon reducing agent to 50-60kg/t, increase volume of FeSi production to 10-20%.
