摘要
《慎子》提出的法治为主,人治为辅以及礼法兼顾的观点对我国古代管理思想产生过重要影响。《慎子》国家管理思想中所倡导的人治、法治、术治兼顾,既是刑主德辅思想的基本源头,同时也是从礼治到法治的一个关键环节,可以给现代国家管理者以深刻的启示。
The ideas of 'ruling by law first with ruling by men subsidiary' and 'giving equal consideration to rites and law' put forward in Shenzi have had an important effect on the ancient management of our country. Giving equal consideration to ruling by men, ruling by law and ruling by political trickery advocated in the ideas of state management of Shenzi, is the source leading to 'ruling by law first with ruling by men subsidiary' as well as the key link from ruling by rites to ruling by law, which is a profound revelation to the present management of the country.
