摘要
依据我国教师资格制度的有关规定,非师范教育类专业学历人员申请教师资格必需取得教育学、心理学课程的合格证书。为非师范教育类人员补修教育学、心理学课程,通过考试获得合格证书的教师资格认证培训应运而生。教师资格培训的专业性认可直接与教师资格证书的颁发挂钩,保障了教师资格认定的专业水准。本文拟从理论层面探讨教师资格认证培训产生的背景、法律依据、理论依据及其性质定位;分析实施教师资格认证培训对规范教师资格准入条件、提升教师个体专业素质。
According to the relevent rules in the system about teacher's qualification in our country, it is required that certificates for anyone without teacher diploma who applies for teacher's qualification .The training for teacher's qualification emerges as the times requirement, which provides the non-teacher diploma holders with a chance of taking up the missed courses of pedagogy and psychology, and passing the exams pertaining to links up directly with the certificate issue. Hence it ensures the professional level of the qualification .In this article a theoretical study is given about the background of the training for teacher's qualification, its legal basis, theoretical basis and the confirmation of its nature. Besides that analysis is also made of the great significance of the application of the training for teacher's qualification. That would be in standardizing the terms for teacher's qualification, improving respective professional quality of the teacher's and accelerating the development of teacher specialization.
