摘要
从GBll032-2000及有关标准入手,分析了部分避雷器生产企业在氧化锌电阻片及低电压等级避雷器直流参考电压和泄漏电流测量中存在的一些问题,指出了不合适的测试方法对产品质量的影响,提出采用有直流1mA恒流源和能自动产生直流0.75U1mA的恒压源测试仪器,能方便地进行测量。
The authors analyzed the existing problems of some arrester manufactories at verification of D.C.U1mA of ZnO varistors and low-voltage metal oxide arresters. Discussed the incorrect test methods affecting the quality of products were discussed. A measuring instrument with constant 1mA D.C. current source and constant 0.75UlmA voltage source is proposed for the convenience of measuring.
