摘要
从多年使用的情况来看，我国地铁客车橡胶缓冲器，普遍存在刚性冲击、间隙冲撞等现象，橡胶片破损严重。本文通过对地铁运用工况和该缓冲器结构、参数的分析，探讨造成刚性冲击的原因，进而为改进设计提供依据。
Years of operation of rubber draft gears on metro cars finds that there Cxi5t widely therein such problems as rigid impact,collision caused by clearances. The rubber pieces are damaged severely. In this paper,with the analysis of the metro operating condition the structure and parameters of the draft gear,the causes to rigid impacting are discussed,thus providing evidence to the improvement of designing.
