摘要
阐述了现行机冷车的检修制度和进口车使用说明书的规定，对机冷车的使用现状和存在的问题进行了分析，提出延长定检周期和实行状态修的设想。这样做可以减少回段定检，提高机冷车运用率；减少定检工作量；降低检修费用。为此，必须采取相应的措施，建议铁道部组织机冷车使用单位进行研究，研讨修制改革的可行性方案，并组织试点。
The present repair system of mechanical refrigerator cars and the operation instructions of imported ears areexpounded; the operating state and existing problems are analyzed; the tentative plan to prolong inspection period snd to carryout the wagon repairing method according ￣O cor condition is put forward. Thus,tbe frequency of periodic inspection in depotscan be reduced and the operation efficiency of mechanical refrigerator cars can be improved tThe amount of work in periodicinspecting can be cut down;The periodic inspection cost will decrease. Hence.appropriate measures must be taken. Sugges-tions are given to the Ministry of Railway to let the operating departments study and discuss the feasibility schemes of the re-pair system reforming,and do tests and experiments.
