激变变星中吸积盘的边界层问题

摘要 边界层是介于吸积盘和吸积星之间的非常狭窄的区域,在该区域中随着盘物质接近星面,它的角速度从开普勒角速度下降至恒星自转角速度。边界层因释放的能量接近吸积光度的一半,并且为确定吸积盘结构的微分方程提供内边界条件而显示出它的重要性。本文综述了激变变星中吸积盘边界层的研究进展。 The boundary layer is a very narrow region between an accretion disk and an accreting star, in which with the disk material approaching the surface of the star its angular velocity drops from the Keplerian value to the angular rotation velocity of the star. The importance of the boundary layer lies in the considerations that up to a half of the ac cretion luminosity is generated in this region, and that it provides the inner boundary condition for the differential equations determining the structure of the outer disk. In this paper the progress of researches on the accretion disk boundary layer in cataclysmic variables is reviewed briefly.
