摘要
报告我院1975年至1992年收治的22例颈静脉孔神经鞘瘤。结合文献复习,对其术前的临床症状、体征及神经放射学检查(MR、X-CT和DSA)作了较详细的论述,并分析了易误诊的原因。目前颈静脉孔神经鞘瘤仍以手术为首选治疗方法。文中强调了手术要点和术后注意事项。早期发现,及时治疗,可以取得良好预后。
Twenty-two patients with schwannoma of the jugular foramen were operated on at the Beijing Neurosurgical Institute between 1975 and 1992. The tumors are rare at this location. The major clinical manifestations, patterns of growth, differential diagnosis and neuroradiological imaging were discussed in detail. Surgical excision is the treatment of choice at present. The key points of operation and postoperative risk were emphasized. Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment can get better prognosis.
