摘要 本文通过大量试验数据,提出对姜黄色素吸光度的测定及含量计算方法。该方法简便、科学、准确。为姜黄色素测定方法的统一和质量评价提供了实用的靠拢国际公认的方法。 The methods for determination of curcumin absorbance and of cubage were proposed according to the large amount of test data in the present paper.The methods are simple,scientific and accurate,which provides the detective basis of practical and close to the internationally recognized methods for standardizing the detective methods and evaluating curcumin made in China.
