摘要
通过比较现在国内、外常用的计算机诊断疾病的方法，根据肺功能诊断的实际情况，提出融合几种计算机诊断疾病的方法的优点，把数据通讯、存贮、自动分析、模糊评价和专家系统相结合的肺功能计算机诊断方法。该方法使用２８６微型计算机已经在天津医学院附属医院肺功能室得到应用，其诊断符合率达到９８％。
This paper compared the present useful methods of domestic and foreign diagnosis with a computer, according to practical diagnosis for lung function, and presented the method of diagnosis for lung function with a computer, which inclu- ed merits of several methods of diagnosis with a computer and combined the com- munication and storage of data, the automatic analysis, the Fuzzy evaluation and the expert system. This method was applied well to the lung function laboratory of teaching hospital of medical college of Tianjin with 286 Microcomputer and the per- centage of accordance of diagnosis was 98%.
