摘要
研究了有机凝胶法陶瓷成型的工艺过程,对有机聚合反应体系及影响陶瓷坯体特性的诸因素(密度、气孔分布、结构均匀性等)进行了分析.实验表明:丙烯酰胺—双丙烯酰胺单体在过硫酸铵—四甲基乙二胺体系下的聚合反应适于陶瓷成型.此方法工艺简单,可获得致密度较高、结构均匀一致、无大孔隙的复杂形状坯体.
his paper studies the technique of organic gel casting. The organic monomers suitable for ceramic forming are analyzed and the factors affecting ceramic compact characteristics(density, pore size distribution and microstructural homogeneity)are also investigated. The ceramic parts with complex shape can be obtained easily by this method. It is shown that the microstructure of the compact is homogeneous and the pores in the compact are very fine (diameter 70~400 ).
