摘要
自行设计、安装、调试了一套测定汽液平衡的装置,并建立一种取样分析方法,可用于测量低压至高压的压力范围.用此装置和分析方法于283.1K,278.0K,273.3K,268.1K,263.0K,258.2K,253.1K和248.0K共8个温度下,测定了R22-R142b二元系统汽液平衡(VLE),压力范围由65.86kPa至621.12kPa.实验数据通过了热力学一致性校验。并用状态方程法进行了关联,取得比较满意的结果.
A set of equipment for measuring vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE) data is designed, installed and adjusted and a procedure for withdrawing and analyzing samples has beendeveloped. The measuring range of pressure is from subatmospheric to superatmospheric. By theequipment and method, the VLE data of R22-R142b binary system have been measured at283.1K, 278.0K, 273.3K, 268.1K, 263.0K, 258.2K, 253.1K and 248.0K, and the range of pressure is from 65.86kPa to 621.12kpa. The measuring data satisfy the thermodynamic consistencylost and have been related by equation of state (EOS) method. The calculated results are satisfactory.
