智能工程在复杂机械装备故障诊断中的应用

摘要 对复杂机械装备的故障诊断问题提出了集成化智能诊断软件,并对软件的结构、组成及实现等问题进行了详细的讨论.以汽油发动机为例,在386微机上用C语言、M.1工具及Fortran、Quick-Basic语言建立了集成化智能诊断软件的原型.几个简单例子验证表明,该软件的结构及实现方法对复杂机械装备故障诊断很有效. This paper proposes a new structure for integrated knowledge-based systems of intelligent fault diagnosis. The architecture and structure of the integrated intelligentfault diagnosis system, as well as the method of designing such system, are discussed in details.A prototype of the system has been developed in C language, M.1 expert system tool,FORTRAN and Quick-Basic language for the integration of heterogeneous subsystems, andimplemented on IBM PC / 386. Several relatively simple experiments tested on the system indicate that the new approach is promising and can be effective in fault diagnosis of complexmechanical systems.
