摘要
用Gleeble1500热模拟机研究了原位熔化凝固的40Cr和20Mn2钢的应变速率对热塑性和强度的影响。用扫描电镜(SEM)和光学显微镜(OM)分别观察了试验后试样的断口形貌和断口附近区域的显微组织。试验结果表明,40Cr和20Mn2钢在700~1300℃温度范围的塑性随着应变速率的增加而提高。
The influence of strain rates on the hot ductility and strength of steels 400r and ZoMnZ solidified in situ was studied using Gleeble 1500 simulating testing machine. The fracture morphology and the microstructure at the region near fracture were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and optical microscope (OM) respectively. The test results indicated that the ductility of steels increases with an increase in strain rate of steels in the temperature range from 700℃ to 1300℃.
