摘要
本文针对石墨电极在炼钢时承受高温载荷,用有限元分析技术,建立电极接头连结区的两种计算模型,计算得到温度分布,并对结果进行一定的分析和讨论,指出了石墨材料本身的电、热特性,连接状态和炼钢过程中承受电流载荷是影响温度分布的直接原因。
Abstract In this paper, two types of calculation models in clectrode-nipple─joint section are set up and temperature distribution is obtained with the Finit-Element─Analysis─Method for the aims at studying graphite electrode which bears high temperature load during the melting process.Such conclusion can be drawn that electric and heat properties of graphite material itself,the electrode─nipple─joint state and the current load during the the.melting process are the direct reasons to affect the temperature distribution on the basis of discussion and analysis to the result.
