摘要
Al添加剂在热处理过程中生成Al4C3,和CO反应生成Al2O3.与复合材料氧化过程中生成的B2O3,SiO2形成B2O3-SiO2─Al2O3玻璃系薄膜,有效地抑制了炭陶瓷制品中碳的氧化。
Abstract Al4C3 is formed from Al-additive in the heat treating process.Al-additive reacts with CO to'form Al2O3,and it reacts with B2O3 and SiO2,which are fomed in oxidation process,to form B2O3-SiO2-Al2O3 glassy film.The oxidation of carbon in carbon-ceramic material is intibited efficiently.
