摘要
本文应用化学沉积着色法对铜、铝合金及双金属焊接接头的显微组织进行了上千次的着色试验，结果表明：彩色金相能够清晰地显示一般金相方法看不到的组织细节和特殊的相，其色彩鲜艳、分辩率高，给人们提供了很有意义的信息。同时还系统地介绍了化学沉积试剂的应用方法和试验操作技巧。
Applying chen1ical sedimentation coloring,the author made thousands of coloring testson the welding joint microstructure of copper,aluminium alloy and bimetals. As shown in thetest,the color metallograph offers detailed structure and special metallographs. The metallo-graphs have a bright color and high resolution,providing significant information.In themeantime,the application method and operating skill of chemical sedimentation reagent areintroduced systematically.
