摘要
几丁是由β（１，４）甙键连接的聚－２－乙酰氨基－２－脱氧Ｄ－吡喃葡糖，经浓碱水解脱乙酰基可制得脱乙酰几丁。本文采用分步水解法在１１０℃，４０％ＮａＯＨ中制得了脱乙酰度在９０％以上的高脱乙酰几丁，并分析探讨了几丁及脱乙酰几丁的热稳定性及热裂解行为。
Chitin is a β(1,4)linked poly-2-acetamido-2-deoxy-D-glucan. Chitosancan be made from chitin in hot concentrated alkali. The method is obtained for preparing highdeacetylated chitosan with step-by-step hydrolytic method in the condition of 110℃and 40%NaOH.The thermal stability and thermal pyrolysis behaviour of chitin/chitosan is also discussed.
