摘要
应用扫描电镜,能谱分析等手段对钛型高效渣系不锈铜焊条焊缝的渗硅问题的冶金因素进行了分析。着重研究了焊缝中硅酸盐夹杂物的形态,数量及分布特征对焊缝含硅量的影响。通过药皮渣系的优化调整试验,得到操作性能优良,冶金性能良好的最佳配比。
The metallurgical facts of silicate impurity problem of the stainless steel weldthat made by high titanium flux elec trode have been studied with SEM and EDAX.The influence of the forms.quantity and distribute of the impu rities in the welds to the silicon containof weld have been investigated imphatically.The best formula of the electrode coating that hasexcellent comprehensile properties have been designed out.
