摘要
研制成一套采光面积为158m2、太阳能与蒸汽互补、日产1000kg中药饮片的太阳能干燥生产装置。采用热性能测试及控温控湿干燥方法,进行了干燥装置技术经济性能的实验研究。
demonstrative solar dryer with aperture area of 158m2 was specially designed and built for herb medicine pieces drying.This installation had a solar and steam hybrid heating system to meet with 1000kgd-1 designed capacity of dried products.During the drying process,temperature and humidity dual control was adopted for performance improvement.The techno-economical evaluation of the drying system was also given in this paper.
