摘要
对１２０例陈旧性心肌梗塞（ＯＭＩ）老年与老年前期患者，以心电图梗塞部位配对，进行对比分析。结果表明，老年人胸闷、下肢浮肿症状明显，ＰＥＰ／ＬＶＥＴ比值增高，心室扩大，室性早搏发生率高，室壁运动减弱明显。老年人ＯＭＩ伴高血压者，对心室扩大及室壁节段运动的影响较老年前期患者为重，提出老年人ＯＭＩ增龄后有无痛性增加、心室扩大、心力衰竭的特点。
cases of OMI in the old and elderly were analysed with of ECGlocation. It was found that dyspnea ,lower limb edemas in the old were evident , PEP/LVET was higher.left ventricule larger,VPC rate higher and regional wall motion ab-normalities(RWMA)were more obvious, indicating the OMI of the old has the charac-teristics of ventricular enlargement,RWMA and heart failure.
