摘要
对２１例肠套叠并发肠坏死原因进行了分析。指出肠坏死与病程长短、腹块位置及套叠类型有密切关系。并强调早期确诊、及时合理的治疗是减少肠坏死的主要措施。
cases of intestinal necrosis in intussusception were reported.Theresult shows that intestinal necrosis is associated with the history symptom ,the positionof the apex and the type of intussusception. Ealier diagnosis and proper treatment intime are major managements to reduce intestinal necrosis in intussusception.
