摘要
对２１例肥厚型心肌病病人临床及心电图改变进行了分析。通过１至１８年的随访观察，分析心电图改变主要为病理性Ｑ波、复杂心律失常、心肌肥厚、劳损。在随访过程中２例Ｑ波逐渐减小，其中１例Ｑ波完全消失；２例发生心肌梗塞，肥厚型心肌病心肌缺血是常见的，但发生心肌梗塞少有报道。在２１例病人中有明显心功能不全３例，无猝死病例。
The clinical manifestations and electrocardiograms(ECG ) of 21caseswith HCM were analysed.Following up the Patients for I to 18 years ,we found that themain abnormal changes of their ECG were pathological Q─waves,complicated arrthyth-mia,cardiac hypertrop.Q─waves in two cases reduced gradually and one of which dis-appeared. Two cases suffered from myocardial infarction(MI ).Three cases had evidentheart insufficience, but with no sudden death.
