摘要
长毛对虾幼体从无节幼体至仔虾期对亚硝酸盐的忍耐性依次增强。在公度32、pH8.20和水温28±0.5℃的条件下,无节、状、糖虾、仔虾24h的LC50值分别为7.63、1509、2292和64.58mg/dm3NO-2-N;状、糠虾、仔虾48h的LC50值分别为11.19、11.41和37.34mg/dm3NO-2-N;仔虾72h和96h的LC50值分别为22.94和13.81mg/dm3NO-2-N。推算出长毛对虾幼体培育期的NO-2-N安全含量为1.38mg/dm3,更为稳妥的NO-2-N安全含量为0.16mg/dm3。
Larval prawn Penaeus penicillalus a progressive increase in nitrite tolerance as the larva metamorphose from nauplius to the postlarva stage. At a salinity of 32,a pH of 8. 20 and a water temperature of 28 ± 0. 5 ℃, the 24h LC50, values for nauplius (N3 ), zoea (Z1 ), mysis (M1 ) and postlarva (P5) are 7. 63, 15. 09,22. 92 and 64. 58 mg/dm3 NO-2-N,respectively. The 72h and 96h LC50 values for postlarva are 22. 94 and 13. 81mg/dm3 NO-2 -N,respectively.A 'safe level 'calculated for larval of farmed P. penicillatus is 1. 38 mg/dm3 NO-2 -N. A more conservative 'safe level,' is 0. 16 mg/dm3 NO-2 -N.
